Extreme tension, concentration and a desire to win – this is the Grand Pardubice Steeplechase. This famous horse race with its unique atmosphere takes place every second Sunday in October.
It is one of the oldest and most difficult races on the European continent. Horses have to overcome a total of 31 hurdles, the most well-known of which is the Taxis moat.
