A cyclical event aimed at popularising the Polish tradition of the culinary art of preparing mutton and lamb dishes, saving the tradition of the sheep industry, and promoting bands.
The event is to encourage you to eat this somewhat forgotten meat. All this to the accompaniment of highlander music and various shows, including how to shear sheep.
