Every year in November a potato fair is held in Česká Třebová in front of the U kostelíčka cottage. The traditional market, at which the popular pancakes (potato pancakes filled with cottage cheese and sprinkled with sugar) are baked and sold, is organised by the St. Catherine's Society.
