Workshop on tourism product management under the "Shared Heritage" project

This activity is related to the development of tourism, passenger traffic and widely understood tourist information. It refers directly to innovative and systemic activities promoting the natural and cultural potential of the region. As part of the workshop, the partners visited facilities located along the Industrial Monuments Route of the Silesian Province. The main goal of the workshop was to broaden the partners' knowledge, to explore good practices through the possibility of asking questions to the managers of the greatest, most popular tourist attractions. During three days of the study tour, the partners visited the following locations and facilities: The Museum of Printing in Cieszyn, the Castle Brewery in Cieszyn, the Museum of Silesian Press in Pszczyna, the Museum of Ustroń, the Museum of Brewery in Żywiec, the Narrow-gauge railway in Rudy Raciborskie, and the "Ignacy" Mine in Rybnik. During the workshop, a working meeting was organised with Adam Hajduga, PhD, on a tourist product in the form of Industrial Monuments Route of the Silesian Province.

One more workshop on tourism product management is scheduled to be held under the project.
