Do you know how small craftsmen lived from the mid-18th century through to the end of the 19th century?
You can see all of this in the Betlém heritage reserve in Hlinsko which spreads out on the right-hand bank of the Chrudimka River. The half-timbered buildings house exhibitions of toy-makers, shoemakers and file-cutters. Some of the cottages still live today, for example, as a loom house, an inn and so on.
