DinoPark Ostrava is located around 15 km away from Ostrava, between Orlova and Doubrava. It’s an entertainment and educational park for children in all age categories.
The biggest DinoPark in the Czech Republic is located on two plateaus and is literally filled with models and attractions. Tens of scenes accompanied by sound with robotic models of dinosaurs will inspire every visitor. You can see there almost 70 full-sized dinosaurs along with cute dinosaur cubs. Apart from exact paleontological dinosaur models, visitors can learn about individual species, the development of life on Earth, continent movement, all in a fun, attractive form. There is an exceptional project that includes a roadshow of artifacts from the Proterozoic era, Paleozoic era and Mesozoic era, authentic finds from the area of the Czech Republic. Visitors may also go to a 3D cinema to watch a wide-screen film made specially for the park. DinoPark is not only full-size dinosaur models , but also lots of attractions for children from all age groups. There is also a souvenir shop – DinoShop – in the park, food kiosks – DinoCafé and DinoGrill, designed in the Mesozoic style. DinoExpress will take you to the places where it’s not possible to go on foot.
