The annual Saint Hubertus Celebrations, a celebration of hunting, wildlife and everything that involves, will be taking place again in October. The event will be accompanied by trials and demonstrations of hunting dogs, horn playing, a celebratory Saint Hubertus mass in the Holy Trinity Church, a themed exhibition and stands with hunting accessories.

All-day event for all lovers of good food and drink, with an extensive cultural programme. You’ll find presentations of local restaurants, local breweries, winemakers from Moravia, cooking demonstrations, the Krkonoše cookbook, handmade products and much more besides.

The programme for this international music festival features ten concerts, with a number of festival premieres once again arranged for our audiences. Following the prologue, which is taking place for the first time as part of the Glass Festival – Wood Glass Melting, fans of beautiful music can look forward to Indi Stivín and his Collegium Stivinum, the duo Siempre Nuevo, and at the end the virtuoso dulcimer Marek Balog. One of the highlights is undoubtedly the concert in the Koenig & Bauer Grafitec factory hall.

This colourful, historical spectacle involving soldiers and vivandières is a traditional event with a great battle on the forts, harking back to the siege of Nysa by Napoleon’s army in 1807.
