The Łężczok Nature Reserve was established in 1957 to protect the multi-species riparian forest and post-Cistercian fish ponds.

The Cistercian Landscape Compositions in Rudy Wielkie is a landscape park with an area of almost 500 km2, which is the location of the Post-Cistercian Monastery and Palace Complex in Rudy.

The concept of “The Route of Observation Towers and Vantage  Points in Euroregion Silesia” was developed during work on the "Development Strategy for Euroregion Silesia 2014-2020”. It was decided to design a tourist product promoting the highlights and attractions of the Euroregion Silesia, with the use of both existing and planned towers, buildings and vantage points. Eventually, it will include more than 30 sites, and already today we can admire and take advantage of some of them.

The Nature and Landscape Protected Area “Wielikąt” is a complex of a dozen or so fish ponds located between the towns of Lubomia, Grabówka, Syrynia and Buków.
